Ready to take your surfing to the next level? Our private surf coaching sessions give you the focused attention, personalised feedback and guidance you need to improve your surfing and build confidence in the water.

Whether you're just starting out, working on your technique or looking to refine your surfing, our experienced and qualified instructors tailor each session to your individual ability and goals. With one-on-one coaching, we can focus on the areas of your surfing that need the most attention and help you make real progress.

Surfing Off the Water

We also offer private SmoothStar skateboarding sessions, using surfing-specific techniques to help develop balance, body movement, board control and confidence. It's a great way to work on your surfing skills between sessions in the ocean.

Private Coaching Prices

• $200 – 1-hour private lesson with Rusty

• $150 – 1.5-hour private lesson with one of our qualified coaches

• Bring your mates! – add $60 per person

• 3 × private lessons – $400 with one of our qualified coaches

All necessary equipment is provided, including surfboards, wetsuits in a range of sizes and protective equipment for SmoothStar skateboarding sessions. We prioritise safety, comfort and creating a relaxed environment where you can focus on learning and having fun.
